We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned but we can offer you a refund base on our refund conditions.

How To Refund

If your food products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us at:

  1. Email leonoraramos1229@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
  2. Include in your email the reason for your complaint and the scanned copy of the original receipt.

Refund Exceptions

Please refer to our best before seal because our refund policy for the product lasts before the said date. If the said date have passed since your refund claim, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
